In case you guys haven’t heard, Orly has changed their bottle design.
I personally think that the new design for the nail polishes looks cheap and generic, but the redesign for the treatments looks pretty nice. The color variation helps with that I think.

Playing with nail art pens. I did not have any idea that these were going to end up like this when I started. Aliens!
Polishes used were Illamasqua - Serenity, Illamasqua - Nurture, China Glaze - Pool Party, Orly - Gumdrop, L’Oreal - Park Ave Luncheon, Ozotic - 509, and a black nail art pen from Urban Outfitters.

Leopard trigger finger manicure. That red is one of my favorites.
Colors used were Orly - Snowcone, OPI - Red Lights Ahead…Where? and Sally Hansen Black Out.
Trying out new designs with just three colors. Getting better at magnetic polish.

Swatch & Review: Orly’s Space Cadet
I’ve got a multichrome for you guys today. I wanted this polish for so long, I have Lunar Eclipse from this same collection (Cosmic FX) and the bottle is a quarter gone which is a lot for one color for me. I couldn’t find this at Ulta for the longest time and then finally when one of the Ultas by me got remodeled they must have found a bunch in the back or something because there were a ton on the floor. Fortunate for me!
Space Cadet is a blueish jelly base full of multichrome foily parts that shift from green to yellow to reddish pink.
This is four coats. It was still a little too sheer for me at three, but I bet this would be great with one coat layered over black.
Captured most of the color shift on one nail. Sorry about the tip wear, this was after two days of wear with no topcoat.
Space Cadet is a great polish, it applies really nicely though it is a bit sheer, but I am open to the idea that I might have used thin coats on this. Drying time is nice, as most Orly’s are, and removal is easy too because it’s not a glitter.
If you want Space Cadet, you might be able to find it at an Ulta, otherwise head2toebeauty.com has it for $10 and orly.com has it for $10 as well. (It costs more than a normal Orly polish because it contains crystals and some fancy rocks and glass flecks to get that crazy shimmery dimensional effect.)

Galaxy nails. First attempt.
I AM SO PROUD OF THESE.
(If you want to know any colors used, just ask because the list is actually more than ten polishes long.)

Fancy half-moons. I’ve got to get better at straight lines.

Matte-ified neon half moons! (These are the only two neon polishes I own but still.)

Freshly done! Wow I love these so much already.
